I was thinking of keeping my old night job because I'm charged with crime. But should I take this day job I've been offered just because I will probably sleep badly, if at all, the night before the trial if I have my night job? It seemed less risky and to give more peace of mind to stay at the old job until this shit has passed and then hope I can get a daytime job in the future despite probably having a criminal record by then, but if I can't sleep the night before the trial... Imagine zoning out at the trial and not being able to take in what the fuckers are saying, what a horror to add to the already fucking miserable state of affairs.

I will ask for that, but the thing is I can't change my sleeping cycle. It takes maybe a week to change to sleeping at night. Now I was off work more than two weeks and I still sleep to noon.

I hate myself for giving some stupid answers to the community service bitch. For example she asked if the residence I live in is mine. I should have just said "yes" but instead I said I have the contract for the apartment or something like that. Anyway apparently she thinks I gave too short answers and therefore I will have to visit a psychiatrist for an evaluation it seems. Fuck my life.

How far away is the trial? Even if you're a night owl, you can still relax at home day before. Decompress and meditation can be just as good as sleep.

What's decompress? Yes I will lie in bed and try to rest even if I can't sleep, if I do decide to go back to my old job. I have to make up my fucking mind now. There's also a thing I thought about for the first time today. I was thinking the old job is safer than the new job if some fuckers want to come and beat me up over this criminal case, because the old job is an enclosed area with few people and the new job is driving around town all day and sometimes a lot of people around you when you work. But it might be the other way around because it's easy as fuck to get into the "enclosed" area of my old job and there aren't any cameras as far as I know. The new job with all those people around those are potential witnesses which probably scares off the fuckers if they plan to do anything. Plus one workmate at the old job was actually beaten up by someone who trespassed. They said it was some crazy person but that seems unlikely to me, more likely it was an enemy of his that he doesn't want to talk about.

The reason I told him that is because he gave me a deadline for choosing the new job or the old job. If I had chosen the new job the old job would have gone to another person. By telling my old boss I'm coming back and not telling the new job I will go back to the old job I technically have both jobs and MIGHT still be able to choose either one. Unless I really fucked up and lose both because of this but that seems unlikely.
