Hey /biz/, I have about $150k in blue chips right now and I’m considering pulling it out to buy a property in a popular vacation spot to rent out with Turnkey. I want to get my money working for me.

I hear interest rates are solid now and I’m worried about the future of the market.

What’s your take on this situation?
