Has anyone here gotten an accelerated degree from an accredited online uni? Part of why I don't want to go back to school is because of how long it'd take to get a bachelor's. I hear of people shitting out a degree in a few months from one of these. Is it worth it? Will the slaveholders laugh at me?

Also wondering this. I don't care how utterly shitty it is compared to prestigious schools, I just need one that is fast/easy as possible to get and technically legit/accredited.

Get in here faggots. Why spend 4 years for what could be accomplished in a month or two with autism and Adderall?

I guess it depends of the degree, I can't imagine anything medicine related being worth something

Pls help bros. Mechanical engineer is a shitty boomer infested cesspool. Are coding bootcamps worth it? Or should I just go back to school for a CS degree? I want to leave this shitty field ASAP.

Bump. Fell for the BSME meme, stuck in manufacturing stamping shit all day long and arguing with rednecks. Software and IT bro’s are making more and working from home

Was thinking accounting. IT caught my eye as well though. Would having a degree in IT put a leg in or are specialized certifications generally more valuable?

If you already have a degree don't go back esp for CS. You're better off going the js meme route, which will pay a fuck ton if you really know javascript. Make a github, steal someone else's personal site and start commiting code from the odin project.

CompTIA A++ or whatever it is works

I have an associates degree from my local CC in networking/sec that essentially replaces that.

The CUSHY jobs are locked behind Bachelors degrees. I'm working mine out online at a MA State school, but no one will know that it was all online. You can make like 50-60k easily in tech doing brain dead simple shit like resetting passwords and updating/deploying computers. IT is a growing field, get in on it. A big bonus if you're friendly/personable. I shit talk on the phone with customers all day and they love me so my boss keeps me around. If you're a sperg go into programming and keep your head down.

If you're REALLY personable, consider software sales. Get some IT background, understand the systems, and you can sell them for good commission rates.
