There is no proper research open right now which would validate the claims made by Serum/Sam [comparison between Near, Matic, xDai, literally any other chain]. Such research would be very useful because it's a super unusual choice of L1 considering it's (i) new (ii) thus not secure, objectively speaking (iii) has close to zero users so far because it's still young.
