Otherwise why did you work so hard for it? I'm building a bigass shop/lab/studio out behind my house. Underneath the house will be a huge cave style basement where I put a pool, gym, sauna, spa, game room, the works. Assuming I make any friends at that point we'll hang out in the game room playing pool, darts, cards, etc. while sipping some of the finest homebrew using techniques I refine over the years. I plan to master the craft and have already tested a few crazy ideas for electric brewing. Next step is minimizing oxygen introduction in the brew, then finding a way to cool and transfer in an oxygen minimized system. My marzens will come out looking like a pilsner. I enjoy local plants too so that will find its way. An elder flower mead perhaps, or use local herbs as bittering agents for beer.
