inferior goods markets like McDonald's and dollar general do well in recession. anything that can help people get what they need without costing more than they can afford.

also heavily depends on what your skills are and your market

find a problem someone will pay you to solve

Cremation is unironically what I'm looking at.

People are becoming much less religious and the burying of a dead body has become less and less of a norm, as it is both costly and spooky/religous. The families are turning towards cremation, which is much cheaper.

10k+ for burials, around 5k for a cremation. Additionally, the cremation ceremony has changed to be much simpler... families use to literally gather around the oven (not kidding), and watch it not burn, but watch it be conveyor belted into the oven. Now, the body is unceremoniously burned, the ashes put into the urn, and then the family simply all attend a church funeral around the urn while a few nice things are said OR they attend a funeral at the cemetary where the ashes are buried (much cheaper than a body) OR they simply take the ashes and do their own thing (scatter the ashes over the ocean or something).

In other words, you collect thousands of dollars to burn the body and deliver the ashes. If you're starting out, you have to get a bunch of licenses to handle corpses, but otherwise it's just a matter of having a government approved oven.

There's some red tape involved, since this is a GREAT WAY for the mob to get rid of bodies and evidence, so everything is kept super tight, but from what I've learned the biggest hurdles are really just the "Big Funeral" boys club.

In otherwords, they know literally just anyone can buy a big furnace and do the same work for cheaper, so they try to box out up and comers and new guys. They do this via standard good old boy tactics, i.e. they """befriend""" the (((mayor))) at the golf club and what do you know, the mayor makes it nearly impossible to start up a new crematoriam.

(((they))) will not stop me though. I will burn bodies and profit. no matter what.

Terminator 1 poster as well

She's at least 36, assuming the poster was a baby's first birthday present, but most likely 46 if her parents were "cool" and took her to a violent movie at 10. However, we can probably assume she's 51, if she was 15 at the theaters. 52 if she was 16 and drove herself.

But wait, if she was 16 when Terminator came out, then she was 36 when Halo 2 came out, then the question is, what was a 36 year old woman doing playing Halo 2 and being so into it that she would buy a poster?

Something is not adding up here boys. Wait... wasn't Terminator about a robot from the future going back in time and pretending to be a human?

I know someone who cleaned carpets. I thought (and hoped, since he's a cunt) he'd be fucked with the commercial downturn, but he's bought a fogging machine and now makes money spraying magic Wu Flu go away vapour in various business premises.. I don't think the start-up costs are that high. Maybe a few grand, and the equipment fits in an ordinary car.
