>Such a change requires considerable testing to verify that no other obscure issues arise. Our goal is to release this major update after that extensive testing is completed.
So they changed the whole consensus mechanism of their blockchain. Lmfao.. it's gonna be at least a year until mainnet 2.0 is launched - the amount of testing and bug fixing needed for a change of such caliber is huge.
The blog post might seem bullish on the surface but it's actually pretty bearish. They are still struggling with the technological issues and have made poor architectural choices early on that have finally caught up to them.
Now they're forced to do a massive refactor of the whole platform right before the new mainnet was supposed to be launched. Notice how they give no indication that the Q3 launch schedule is still valid - they know it's not.

I'm not sure where you got that from ftp. They're just using another version of the IBFT consensus algorithm. This isn't as big of an overhaul as you've made it out to be. But this is why it's taken them so long to get to this point.
>It's going to be at least a year until mainnet 2.0 is launched.
Why do you think they've taken so long to get this thing going? They've already done a large number of tests. They are absolutely not a year from launching mainnet 2.0 a year from now. You're being ridiculous.
>Notice how they give no indication that the Q3 launch schedule is still valid - they know it's not.

LIT is a very volatile and undervalued Nano Cap (yes, that's the correct term), what you see on the charts is nothing but moderate accumulation ~60-70% below the ICO price in ETH. You will jizz in your pants when the real pump starts on exchanges like Binance.

Stakers know this. Swingers will get burned hard since volume is crazy low and most of Litions supply is staked (17%) or in the hands of the people who has been accumulating heavily the last year. They won't let go of their bags sub 50 cents, atleast. This is a perfect storm for Lition and the relaunched main net, a blessing for many people who wanted to scoop up before it pumps.

Bonus; look what's going on in the world right now and what eth and btc is doing.

Top 100 = 66c
Top 50 = 1.78
Top 20 = 8.33

Now for the circulating supply rn
Top 200 = 46c
Top 100 = 1.32

I genuinely believe that if we give it enough time LIT will be triple digits. It will unironically take over Europe soon, especially since we have Germany (which controls a huge part of the EU) pushing for Green Energy in their neolib way. They'll cream their panties when they see that Lition Energy is a free market solution to the green energy problem (that being that green energy is too expensive). With that momentum, the Lition blockchain will become the business standard across Europe in no time. Maybe across the world. I'm not just saying this as some kind of pie in the sky overly-hopeful shill. Lition could be the biggest thing in cryptocurrencies since the Bitcoin bullrun.

better walk away from LIT entirely

if you are not sure about a coin that you sell at 3mil mcap hoping to buy at 2mil mcap that just means you dont believe it in the first place and end up selling way too soon anyway which will make you unhappy

just find a project where you dont have to sweat all the time

fair enough. Honestly I don't plan to sell this for a long time, so the advantage of being able to pull out when I want is not really important for me. But I think it's "fun" to set up nodes

In response to people in this thread saying that the calculator is "inaccurate". I'm not sure what to say other than you're incorrect. I've spoken to the team and they still approve it and it's moderately accurate. The only variable that constantly changes is the 0.6 multiplier which is dynamic based on how many people run a node, trust nodes, LPS 1 month etc. The more people who run nodes and LPS 1 month the closer this multiplier is to 1. The more people who run trust nodes and LPS 12 months, the closer the multiplier will be to 0.5.
Other than that the calculator is accurate.

Yes because they're literally doing it right now. Why wouldn't they be able to do this? They are veterans in the energy industry and provide a cheaper and greener product that any of their competitors. They are ahead of their target to reach 235k customers by the end of 2022. Kind of a strange criticism. Their energy business is doing really well.

Fucking JP Morgan Quorum ran into similar issues for the consensus mechanism, meanwhile Lition is working on it with actual researchers to find a solution or work around. 99% of your blockchain projects are just copy pasting or saying they will get shit done. And now comes an actual team that tries to deliver shit and you can't understand it, not owning a LIT bag is the most retarded shit I've ever seen in crypto because if they make it work and you don't own some, you will get left behind and will witness a fucking 3 million marketcap top 700 coin becoming a top 10 multi-Billion coin. I am bullish as fuck, but I weary of watching all my other microcap moon bags 5x and 10x left and right. It's LIT's turn. The longer the windup, the bigger the ultimate pop, so this should be a really good one.

Lition's bullrun will be bigger because it will be a combination of utility AND speculation. Most microcaps are just fueled by speculation.

>> No.20718072

>>20717897
As I said earlier, if you hold on Lition long enough you should be able to watch it rise to triple digits over the course of a few years. Speculation could drive it there much sooner, though.

This, in any new venture when you're actually building something new (and not just pretending) you will run into problems, that's the nature of engineering. I would rather a team that is honest about issues and fixing them than one that lies about everything being perfect.

we're mooning despite no one is buying, this is the beauty of being listed on only one active exchange (idex) and with only eth peers
now imagine what will happen when we start approaching mainnet release date (mainnet v2 is around the corner)
