okay so I did back my phrase up to Google drive however when I click into my coinbase wallet on the new phone since I lost my phone use the backup it asked me for a password that I don't know.

when I first contacted coinbase support they told me that I neither needed to have the 12 words or Google drive back since informing them that I did have the Google drive backup I was told that they would get back to me in 5 to 7 days essentially that it got sent up the chain where I was at first they were telling me that I am boned or s*** out of without a drive backup or the phrase
What do you think the chances are they'll be able to get me a new password or get me my wallet.

I'm the annon with 95 link that made a thread where I was about to purchase as it dumped to show I had faith in the project

It's coinbase wallet which is apparently a different product than coinbase account, go figure

Essentially I lost my phone and forgot my password but I DID back up my phrase with Google drive and can halfway get into my wallet. I get stopped at the password.

I know my pin have the same phone number email everything
