Bug bounty bonus ends on July 30th

This means that Bancor V2 is coming out on July 31st if no bugs are found in the bug bounty. Team won't announce a date because if there is a small chance a bug is found it will delay it til some time in August.

Initial V2 pools include ENJ, LINK, REN, RENBTC, KNC, and ETH. Anyone token can be in V2 as long as there is a link price feed. BNT is needed for each of these pools and will accrual 50% of fees from trades.
