Am I fucked on this?

Was going to participate in the public sale. Figured I would at least have a few hours to get in on it. I was set to get home 7 hours after the sale started but it ended in 4 hours so I got nothing.

Do I have any option other than wait for mainnet? I know futures are trading on cointiger but not sure how trustworthy they are. Are there any trustworthy OTC offers and what price?

the team is not in a position to speculate on how much the price will move in a year. even if they were to do so, that likely wouldn't factor into their decision on the vesting discount. that's not how these things work.

as for why people would vest for a year: believe it or not a lot of people invest in these things with the intention to hold for the long term. As an example a genesis ethereum wallet put in $2.5m.

I believe in this project and I have no complain having a 1.5 years vesting period (Option A2)

Of course if it turns out to be a failure I will be rekted the most, but I don't think it will happen. The fact that I paid the same $0.5 as most VCs makes it ultra comfy, they have to sell at a loss to hurt me.
