best advice i can give is find a few good project (ETH and LINK are great) purchase some of them regularly, and don't EVER check your portfolio or this site. I've been here for three years and cant escape, its rotting my brain, and the constant checking is taking years off my life due to the stress.

Anon, I was in your place once, and the best advice I can give you is not to bother with coins like ETH and LINK. Anything above the 200 mark on coingecko is above your pay grade with 250 bucks. Buy some Defi shitcoin getting shilled here, do a quick 5x because literally everything is pumping right now, repeat.

If it somehow catches your eye, then absolute do research what the coin is about, i.e. whitepaper, partnerships, dev team, their history, and most importantly, if they have a product/beta already up at their website.
