I don't have a good answer for you. BTC has been tracking with stonks. All other cryptos move up and down together.
Keep in mind that there is a global economic crisis around the corner and stocks (with crypto) will end up sharply declining, but will never hyperinflate like fiat currencies.

Guns, ammo, and food/water are safe investments.
