It's a combination of multiple factors.

>removal of SALT tax so Federal Government is no longer subsidizing liberal shitholes
>move to remote work so people can now buy 100 acres out in the country instead of a 1,500 sq ft. nigger infested box
>restrictions on Chinese investment who were pumping these prices to begin with

Real estate in these areas is totally fucked All in all these factors will make New York and San Francisco look like Cleveland in ten years. It's going to be incredible.
