I didn't imply that at all. You can have dividend stocks with growth but the moment you buy it because of the growth instead of the dividend it shouldn't be considered a dividend stock. You can't realistically use such a technical definition to define broad categories which is why I brought up growth stocks in the first place. You can make the same argument with value stocks and say that every stock is a value stock because at least one person considers it undervalued compared to their fundamentals. That would of course be retarded but it's retarded to buy anything solely because of dividends unless you need the income. Stop defending this bullshit.

My dumb ass was trying to short the nasdaq and bought the wrong etc.
