Think about how it'd play out.
We'd launch a full scale naval assault. We'd stop them from leaving port from any of their corners and let their lack of food slowly starve them. Either that or the lack of import of anything that isn't plastic bullshit and garbage-tier concrete.
There is no way that we go to war without complete seizure of their ports.
So you look at our navy, who offers the majority of naval equipment, and you buy them.
