I doubt it. Her focus is on Gold and USD. But, whatever changes she makes will depend on tamper-proof agreements to succeed and create lasting change. Think Gold-backed bond coupon payments, gold-backed derivatives, exchange rates...
We can say we're back on the Gold Standard, but if we want that to really mean something it needs to be on a publicly viewable blockchain and any market operations resulting from that need to be carried out via smartcontract.
Link provides the Oracles for those smartcontracts. They already have a Gold price feed. It's happening.
