Honestly, given my brief review of the tokenomics I think any kind of prediction would be extremely based on hypothetical numbers.
You would have to estimate a number of things:
A. Fees generated on the BZRX platform (volume of BZX)
B. Fees generated on the Balancer liquidity pool (volume on bals BZX pool)
C. The rate at which the reinvestment of BAL tokens into the BZRX balancer pool affects the liquidity, and ultimately the volume of the balancer pool
D. The value the insurance fund provides for each BZRX token, which is subject to change based on the DAO and so
E. Any changes that the DAO may propose and ultimately instantiate

Just an absolute fuck ton of variables to play with, and any "analysis" would be extremely difficult to take seriously, due to how any one of these factors could influence the profit from staking BZRX
