I sold Link a while ago and it has over 3xd since then. I feel like shit and if I buy back in now I'll be spending an extra $3500 just to get back to half the stack I had before. I don't know what to do. Should I just buy and forget about it and move on or just DCA from here for the next while? I hate the rope. Advice on coping would be cool too.

If you can't make any evulation of the asset based on fundamentals then it's complete garbage.
Your post clearly indicates the problem, it goes 3x for no reason, it can also crash to nothing for no reason like ETH and BTC has done in the past.
Why would you hold an asset like that? It makes no sense.
