Usually you get about 10% of collateral as reward for semi-risky plays (ex. AMZN $2900/2850 spread expiring today, bought a few days ago when it was at 3030)

If you want to go even safer, you can do stuff like AAPL 360/355 or MSFT 185/180 spreads for 4-5% weekly returns on collateral

In the apocalyptic event where MSFT or AAPL collapse 10-15% in one day you can lose that collateral but generally you should be looking at moving averages and support levels before making put spreads. Also VIX/recent SPY movements as well. So far my winrate hovers 95%, the one time I got blown out on a $5k position was when I made a bad play selling a put spread on the June 7-10 bullrun thinking the run would last one or two more days.
