What should I do with that money? Ive never had 6 figures in my life and I have no clue what to do with it because of inflation and the whole crisis thing.

Buy RLC or RSR. Link will not go past 10$ for a very long time

I've been looking into that and its basically fucking pointless to evade it. First 30k is free, remaining (70k) is just 1%. Not worth the trouble.

Fuck crypto man, I want to maintain my current wealth to buy during a crash of all the markets incl. real estate and stonks. What's the best way to maintain your capital in a liquid way? (cash = inflation, don't bother)

Real estate seems to be fine seeing as there is a shortage in the Netherlands and in the foreseeable future.
I would just keep in it crypto though, sure you can make some losses, but might as well take the gamble if you literally don't know what to do with the money.

>> No.20425813

>>20425695
I think shortage is a meme, a big share of the real estate pie is from people having a 2nd mortage to join the 'muhhh rent passive income' meme with Airbnb for example. It's working right now as the interest is low and expats are getting in but as soon as a financial crisis occurs, the whole market will plummet. These owners will have to sell their rental houses as they won't be able to cover the costs of the 2nd mortage.

Just my 2 cents about real estate, I could be wrong but it doesn't make any sense to buy something right now at the peak with all the shit that is going on.

>> No.20426068

>>20425813
Yeah I get what you're saying. Like at my uni all the foreign students have left their rental homes. Dunno who's gonna fill them but I'm pretty sure at least the rental sector will take a hit, seeing as most of them won't return next year.

Still I would just keep it in crypto then, or just find a nice pastime to spend it on. Or just leave it as it for now. It's always nice to have a buffer for when you're graduating.

where did you put all your money if I may ask? all in crypto?

>> No.20426289

just buy real estate on the fringes of the randstad or smaller towns
I'll probably buy in zoetermeer or gouda if I can hit my target of six figures within the next few years

I was supposed to buy in 2017 but we ended up moving to australia and fmd I'm so guttered. my brother in law bought his one bedroom apartment for 120k euro and it's worth over 170k now

Pretty much, regret that I didn't put in even more during the crash, but still made some gains so I'm happy with that. Stocks could've worked as well I guess, but I'm legit just too lazy to figure that shit out.
