Why isn't there a health insurance company that pays you to sign up as an organ donor?
Like, they could sell your organs when you die and in return you get lower premiums.

Assuming you die of old age, your internal organs probably aren't of much medical use in terms of putting into another human.

That risk would have to be prized in of course.
On the other hand, if you prove to ride motorcycle for instance, they could incentivize that

Scrap the health insurance.

It would be a stand-alone organ insurance.
Earn X dollars per month for a contract on your organs. Earn more if you prove risky lifestyles like:
* motorcycling
* sky diving
* base jumping
* boxing (about 1 in 2200 boxers perish from fight-related injury)
* rock climbing
* hang gliding
* foot soldier in war zone
* reporter in war zone
etc....

How can I get this started? Would it be legal?
Basically death insurance, paid out monthly, with better rates for risky occupations

In terms of statistics though, as a human, you're going to have three wonderful choices, realistically. Death from worn-down failure due to age; multiple types of cancer; or cardiovascular failure. These are the most likely. They wouldn't make much money off of most their meat bag clients.
