Kyberswap isn't great for volume. Lower liquidity. You can use Huobi through a VPN (only needed to sign up) and then go USD->Coinbase->BTC->Huobi->RSR->wallet

I take 100k off of Huobi per withdrawal and they do a manual review but it always goes through within half an hour.
