Statera just made a new announcement with their whitepaper: https://twitter.com/StateraProject/status/1283559039465553922

They're also saying that they have this in the works:
"Long term our growth will be organic as people find and understand the value proposition. However we know some in the community want faster movement. All we need for faster movement is marketing. We have multiple marketing offers on the table costing over $25,000 some examples:

1. Major YouTube Sponsorships.
2. CMC Promotional Campaigns.
3. Multiple Exchange Listings.
4. Exchange Promotional Campaign.
5. Major Crypto Marketing Packages.

Of course the Core Team had budgeted for these things but our funds have had to be shifted towards the Balancer Exploit Reimbursement. Many of the team are now paying out of their own pockets for the above because we all believe in this Project as 100% Community Driven."

Seems like the balancer hack really fucked with their timeline.
