Ambien
xanax is too dangerous because you can take it during the day and you realize life is good while you are on xanax so you take it "casually" and for every little anxiety. Ambien is a literal sleeping pill
I've had insomia for at least 15 years and Ambien literally changed my life. I only take it like once a week too, when my schedule is fucked up. The other days are wholesome enough where by the end of the day I am able to sleep naturally. And yes before you ask I hold a fuck ton of DMG and on days where it is rallying it is extremely easy to sleep.

I split my day into 2, I wake up around midnight/1am, So I can work on my trading ect, Go back to bed about 6am. Then wake up @ 7am have a shower, go to work, be home about 5:30 have a meal, back in bed around 6:30 or 7 pm.
I'm on track to quit EOY = D
