Yes. Easiest way to start is with numbers. I couldn't tell if seeing 76 everywhere was really schizo so I chose 38. Sure enough, I started to see it immediately - I was playing FFIX and right after I chose it I saved my game at the 38 minute mark, my character had 38 MP left after one spell cast, license plates with 38/83 were parked outside my house, I realized the building behind my apartment (on another block) was 308.
