Will China dominate the new economy since Americans are too stupid to wear masks and now COVID-19 is going to gangrape the economy?

it's a piece of fucking cloth you retard only respirators will block it.

>> No.20343515

Or will the American economy do better with fewer Boomers sucking Social Security dry.

>> No.20343536

>>20343483
No, they will dominate the new 4IR Great Reset economy because they have first mover advantage in adopting Chainlink.

Nah.

China has an export economy. They need the western world to import their shit. China does not have the immediate demography or system to become a consumption based power. China is going nowhere except down. This was happening even before covid.

My theory is that eventually, a major decline will happen in China and it will be seen less as an economic issue but a political/system issue by the chinese people. China is united right now but you have to realize how much power the central government has to exert to keep everyone in line.

Basically anything in front of your mouth and nose will block liquids, which is the main way covid gets transmitted. Sure there is the possibility of Airborne infection, but at this point is proven any piece of cloth over your face can massively decrease the number of people that you will infect

Agreed, that's also the reason they are picking fights with everyone and craving down on Hongkong atm, they need cheap wins and outside threats to distract people from the weakening economy

Yeah. This is especially true with India. Exploiting their peoples hate against Indians is a much better unify-er than trying to damage control for their economy and the Rona. Also they are pretending the Rona was a creation of the US lmao.

It's now 6 months, and we're still here...

Are you really THIS dumb or just pretending?

Masks stop droplets coming out of your mouth so they're not flying around all the place settling on surfaces or being breathed in by people, it's not necessarily about blocking it (a respirator would do that though)

Get it into your dense skull already you moron

This is literally what the US is doing, including both the picking of fights and stating that it's others doing this exact thing. Still doesn't stop the country's increasing polarization. Nice projection, Anon.

>This is literally what the US is doing.

>US pulling out of Afghanistan, signed deal with the Taliban
>US almost completely pulled out of Syria, 300 or less troops left.
>US troop presence in ME is 70% down from its peak.
>US leaving NATO.
>US leaving WHO.
>US refusing to sign bilateral security deals with Japan, Korea unless more value is added.
>US not giving a fuck about Korea vs Japan security fallouts.
>US sign new trade deal with Mexico.

Pretending like we aren't transitioning to a non-interventionist power is either due to ignorance or intellectual dishonesty. I think you are the former. The only one America is picking a fight with is China, yet we haven't even raised a finger. For comparison, China and India were killing each other just a week or so ago.

Well yes and no. Of course the US also has problems and there's also some distraction going on, but unlike China the US is an properly unified stable country. If people are fed up with the government they just vote the other party and that's that for the next few years. There won't be and American civil war, even if fearmongers want you to believe so. China on the other hand still has people of the RoC alive today, a rival government active in Taiwan and massive ethnic tensions. If people lose trust in the CCP, which they will as soon as the economy doesn't grow at insane rates anymore or they accomplish something noteworthy soon massive changes to the government or even outright Revolution is quite possible. The only thing I'm not sure about is which side the rest of the world would support in an open power struggle

US is far from non-interventionist, geopolitical shitflinging is one step removed from actual conflict and even moreso now with US sphere of influence dwindling, US govt will intentionally pump up the China bogeyman as far it can and will be responsible for the next armed conflict

>US is far from non-interventionist
It's extremely non-interventionist compared to pre-Trump years.

And raising tariffs on goods from other countries =/= intervening in those countries' shit, tardboi.
