I wouldn't be surprised to learn a larger percentage of Indians hold PMs than Americans. Also consider that gold is actually becoming more expensive in non-dollar currencies faster than in dollars. They`re still constructing the mine at Wheeler River, what`s supposed to be the best uranium mine in the world with the highest grade. As well, they`re using the ISR Mining method which is extremely cheap. At about $9 all in costs, they`re head to head against the khazaks who`ve dominated the market by debasing their currency and paying their workers pennies. Even if the mine was producing today at current prices, they`d be making bank. Daily reminder boomers are both the biggest demographic in the US and the biggest real estate owners, and once they lose their pensions/401k during the incoming market crash and no one want to hire them becuz recession, they will have to sell their non essential real estate (and for a good chunk of them their main property too) in order to pay for their basic needs. It will be a matter of survival for most of them. Boomers' bills tend to add up very fast with their health issues, their piles of useless trinkets and monthly bills. Now add to the mix the fact half of them don't even have kids to rely upon if SHTF, another half is divorced, the social (((unrest))) making ppl flew from the cities, the low demand because once again they forgot to have kids so there isn't much millenials to buy their house, municipalities totally bankrupt unable to upkeep cities' infrastructures.. A 90% dip in the housing market isn't out of the realm of possibilities.

I've didn't even mention the fact most boomers rely on their extra real estate as landlord to have a monthly cashflow, but that 25% of rents aren't paid since MONTHS on a national level. Without this essential cashflow, they'll prefer to hit 2 birds with one stone selling the house, getting much needed liquidity and getting rid of a bad payer.

And the wealthy foreigners coming in, i don't believe it will happen. I think you're right to the extent that unlike with a lot of other assets, if you're a homeowner and no-one is willing to buy at anything other than a painful discount, you might just sit on it and not sell at all (thereby preventing a massive price collapse). But the 1910 one seems thinner than the other and is struck slightly of center.
I'm afraid it's fake specially because it was under spot.

Weight and diameter seem fine and the ping is identical in both of them.
