So that was me. My TA strat is simple.
Bollinger bands/rsi/stoch rsi + fundamental analysis. I made another chart that I think will hold. Although I must say that I did not expect this insane level of volume. I believe link will enter the top 5 on this move. There is simply nothing in this space that compares to the fundamentals of link.

I believe in the $1000 meme, and for link to get there next year there must be a $10-20 distribution range this year. Same as eth in 2016. That’s why I’m confident that we see $20-30 this year.

As for how I picked $8.50, that was mainly intuition. I’ve been looking at link/usd so much over the past year that I’ve become attuned to its moves.

Honestly my advice is don’t haggle over pennies. Get in now, or maybe if it drops to $7, or $6.50. But the swingers get the rope meme is not a meme. Assume link hits a minimum of $300 next year and go from there. I bought in at $0.4, $1, $2, $3, $4. I’ve never bothered with second guessing and think “damn I should have waited for a retrace!”. 6 years in crypto taught me the folly of that. Unironically don’t buy link if you don’t understand what it is, because you’ll get shaken out.

RSI is a trailing indicator, 5m RSI is nowhere near as volatile as a 5m candle.

It means sellers have been aggressively selling, which is bullish when the price doesn't decrease much in response - higher price lows with lower RSI lows. Low RSI statistically means a good entry overall. 5m RSI just re-entered the 30-70 box, which is a commonly used algorithm for buying (when crossing up from <30 like now) or selling (when crossing down from >70 as we did soon after the $8.50 top)
