All the rest are just scams and they might come over after you pay for their trip and touch your peepee then fly home as soon as they do and just keep asking for more money
Filipinas are in it for the long game. They want the happa kids, they want marriage, and long term financial stability and are willing to do whatever to make that happen. You'll end up paying for their whole extended family to eat and buy clothes though so maybe it's not worth it.
Also sometimes they just wait long enough to get citizenship and then divorce as soon as they do but i don't think that's too common
