Cuz they broke ass niggaz.

Who tf buys in an overpriced shit hole like that anyway?

Only gonna get worse as blue state urbanites flee their self-inflicted nigger utopias for the flyover states and southeast where life is still maximum /comfy/.

Too bad for the rest of us, as our homes become infested with roving rape gangs and high taxes.

I was looking at houses today in shitty little southwest town - houses were going for upwards of a million dollars.

I spoke with my boomer parents and mentioned how I'll probably never be able to afford a house unless they helped and they straight up said "we're not ever going to help you buy a house." So yeah, probably never going to own a home. Fuck this gay earth.

Not annoying, deadly. This is how you get a complete revolt 100x worse than what we had due to people frozen out.

Boomers as a demographic are larger than any descending generation therefore they've held the voting power, institutional power and fed funny money, as well as general cultural power.

The proto-Maoists rising up now are building an ideology specifically to melt their culture like acid and burn down the entire system because it wronged them.
You have a brief window to prepare. Do so now.

There is a 30% Rule where housing expenses should be set to around 30% of your budget. Not only would there be practical budget issues with half your pay covering housing, but there could be a bigger issue at hand with lenders not feeling comfortable lending you money at that ratio.

30 y/o boomer here, the pandemic let me fleece a retiring boomer couple on their house. I'm getting the house for 60% of what it was appraised at in late 2019 when they first put it on the market. They're so desperate to sell they agreed to do all the needed repairs and repaint it plus replace some of the carpet. Adjusted for inflation I'm only paying a few thousand more than the owners did when they bought the house new back in the 70s.
