Buying A House

Renting as a 20-something is objectively pathetic. You live amongst the filth of the world, your neighbors are literally 8 inches away, and you pay more money for less space. A $150,000 house can be had in nearly every state. AFTER interest, taxes, and insurance youll be looking @ ~$700 a month AND THAT IS WITH 3.5% DOWN

>its in the ghetto

Hey jackass, you literally live AMONGST the undesirables. You park by them, you see them everyday. Hell, you probably even hear them fucking and smell their marijuana as it seeps through YOUR wall hahaha!

>muh bubble

you faggots have been saying that since 2015 and the housing market just keeps climbing. Enjoy being a rentuck for eternity lmao

Look ma, it's a millenial who's been indoctrinated by burger culture using words like "dab" thinking he's hot shit. Start typing proper English or you won't get any respect from Old fags. The way you write says a lot about you

If I rent at what I can reasonably afford, I live in a nice complex with a gated community, a pool, security guards, it's a quiet place, etc.

If I buy a house at what I can reasonably afford, it's in the ghetto. I don't want to live in the ghetto. I'll take the studio.

He's actually a paid shill who's made this exact thread multiple times. Uses lots of ad hominems to look cool. He also shills for LinkedIn occasionally.

you'll also be on the treadmill for your entire life, never knowing actual security or a sound night's sleep.

renting is literally leasing a middle class lifestyle

Rather not be specific, but it's a suburb of New Orleans. It's a nice place, but there are some pretty bad spots that I would generally avoid.

Funny how one can tell the background of another through the manner of language chosen and the ability to cleanly articulate a message. The perception is correct far more often than not.

Why don’t you get an FHA loan and rent the shit you want out and literally have someone else pay your mortgage then just redo the interior and slap on new paint when you want to take over.

Alternate: flip shit houses, put expenses on home depot card and sell it before first payment is due.
