No, because this market is far too short term for it to become priced in. When you consider also that Eth2.0 will be a gradual thing, we may never see it actually get priced in, simple because it's an evolution of the protocol and not some Big Bang release like people seem to think it will be.

eth v2 will never come as will never be a consensus out of it. It will be a hardfork 100% confirmed. Big players (EEA) already are developing their real business apps in ethereum, not eth v2. As BIg players already control ETH (Vitalik is fucking irrelevant) it will remain like this forever, only growing in the form of soft forks like btc did with segwit.

ETH v2 will be a hardfork done by vitalik and parity to recover their funds, but it will be a total shitshow not used by anyone, as is cardano, lisk or any other shitcoin you know about
