Ocean is family with Binance, you can check who follows who on twitter, and not only that, but Ocean Protocol donated $100k to Binance's COVID-19 campaign.
And w.r.t OKEx, they shilled us on their twitter page and their CEO responded with "Interesting" when looking at Ocean
