Reviving the MRDN Exit Scam thread for awareness.

> Team have remained Anon
> Constantly spout a lot of words but no hard facts
> Shitty one-pager HTML Website
> ‘Big Audit company reviewing our code’ but won’t name them
> 12m Supply of MRDN which will be worthless when LOCK ‘launches’
> Could’ve just launched LOCK rather than release MRDN and have it live for 4 weeks (fun fact: you don’t need a 12m supply for a very temporary token)
> Dev team have already dumped their 900k salary tokens, they have no intention of liquidating their 1m ‘vested’ shares
> Publicly stated that they will remove liquidity from MRDN next week, rendering it useless
> LOCK will most likely fail to materialise, which is their plan, the perfect exit scam

Just a friendly whale here telling you not to buy this crap and go somewhere else, I made my 20x but you won’t.

> Team have remained Anon
they're thinking about revealing after the Vault launch, also being anonymous shouldn't matter that much as Meridian is supposed to be community governed
> Constantly spout a lot of words but no hard facts
as of yet, they have delivered everything they announced, and with peak professionalism that is
> Shitty one-pager HTML Website
?
What are you supposed to say to this? it's simply not a shitty one-pager HTML website, look at their GitHub, the code for the Vault dApp is online
> ‘Big Audit company reviewing our code’ but won’t name them
Revealing the auditor could make either a conflict of interest or a potential security risk
> 12m Supply of MRDN which will be worthless when LOCK ‘launches’
because MRDN was temporary, it's smart contract doesn't allow for the functionalities LOCK's smart contract allows for and it still had to be developed, again - look at their GitHub to see the development
> Could’ve just launched LOCK rather than release MRDN and have it live for 4 weeks (fun fact: you don’t need a 12m supply for a very temporary token)
No. LOCK was still in development and they wanted to publicize earlier
> Dev team have already dumped their 900k salary tokens, they have no intention of liquidating their 1m ‘vested’ shares
Wrong. trace the addresses on Etherscan
> Publicly stated that they will remove liquidity from MRDN next week, rendering it useless
rendering it useless because LOCK will be published, this is not an uncommon pattern, see MOON v1 etc.
> LOCK will most likely fail to materialise, which is their plan, the perfect exit scam
as they're are building an ecosystem with a professional fundamental, it is likely that LOCK will be a huge success
