I want to buy but really, it's hitting the upper bollinger band that often acts as resistance. It might be better just to buy the s-m-h etf, TSM is 11.94% of it anyhow. I don't like that it has 8.91% Intel, but there's Nvidia, ASML, AMAT... it might be better than just jumping into TSM alone.
