Aged a ton from 36-39. Lost my fiancé at 36, contracted aN incurable virus at 37, testosterone dropped from 500 to 200 at 38. My memory and concentration is that of a 69yo.

My skin thinned around my eyes and is now crepey, my hair went grey in my beard and temporal area. HELP.

Best advice I can offer is to look up functional medicine doctors, they approach systemic problems like ours (which are primarily caused by chronic stress, both emotional and physical) with holistic cures. You can expect to take two to three years to get back on track, but it is well worth the time and money spent.
