How do you know it won't be an all-time high a month from now what if it just keeps going up

Just hold it you dumb fuck.

More major announcements are coming later this month.

Yeah you could've done better, but more good things are coming, just be patient. If you like losing money, go ahead and panic sell.

I don't. That's why I didn't panic sell.

Does it even matter if you buy at 70 that's what I'm considering doing but I bought it when it was $15

don't sell, whatever you do. wait a month and she'll be right. ETH is long term investment at this point, same with golem imo. if you wanted to ride a pump, you gotta expect to lose some in the dumps as well.

If you're REALLY concerned (which you shouldn't) you can hedge your eth by shorting the same amount vs USD.

But you should really do this when it was at ATH though, hedging a short within the dip is kinda retarded

I bet you'll sell too. Common greedy tactic. As Warren Buffet says, trading is the transfer of money from the impatient to the patient.

>> No.2018264

>>2018228
Buffet also thinks all crypto is idiotic to invest in, I've stopped listening to the guy. Selling would be foolish though, you're right about that.

I'm not from the future so I would never give an answer to that as if it's some kind of prediction
or sound advice. However, given the announcements coming up this month it has a lot of growing *potential. So personally, with my own money, I would probably buy at $70 and sit on it. I'm willing to gamble on ETH at this point and have some bux set aside for it.

Because there's no intristic value in cryptos. It's just zeroes and ones floating around the internet. For all we know whole market can dip to cents.

You can make the same argument with most stocks. It's more market manipulation than worth in assets and revenue.

Yeah, the internet is just a fad, we're surely going to be getting into Mad Max days just like all the survivalist LARPers fantasize about soon.

>You can make the same argument with most stocks. It's more market manipulation than worth in assets and revenue.

That's my point kind of. There are no assets and revenue for cryptos. If stock price falls below the value of assets (assuming company isn't going bankrupt) it's best occasion to buy them, almost risk free profit. Cryptos don't have this kind of price. It can all fall to flat zero.

>> No.2019266

Price of crypto goes up because of hoarders.
Just like jews store tons of diamonds in safes to keep the price high.

You broke the rules....you never buy ATH. If its mooning and you don't already have it....its not your moon mission....but you can be a bag holder. But i think it will spike again hold ETH and forget about it. Its going to the next tier.

In all fairness, most of the people who were millionaires from the Internet bubble went broke because of the very thing they invested in. The market is just as savage as it is rewarding.
