I understand supply and demand. I guess I'm confused about why the Binance wallet matters at all. For all trades in the orderbook, someone had to bring the link to the table. If someone is buying, I believe they're buying from another person that out up a sell order. Where is Binance involved?

Because it implies that people are done swinging their links and are pulling their links off the exchange en masse in preparation for holding long term, which is exactly the behavior one would expect from insiders if major price appreciation is going to happen soon. And/or if for instance they were preparing to steak, which Sergey said 1-2 months ago is going to happen "soon".
