I was unemployed from mid-March to late May. I did not claim unemployment at all during this period, as I didn't expect it to become a new paradigm with the CARES act.

Basically, despite now working, I filed last week, and am seeking to get paid retroactively for the two months that I missed of work and had not filed. Can I do this legally?
