-obvious cons include:
-cost of living, doing business, expensive
housing difficult, expensive
-transportation, parking, challenging
-job market, is a limited micro-market
-limited availability & high shipping costs & prices for basic household goods and supplies
-Native islanders are reputed to be prejudiced and bigoted toward "mainlanders"

-Living by "Island time" means native live and act like a bunch of lazy niggers with no sense of urgency about anything unless its something they want
