just find something people need and start fulfilling that need. guy down the road saw a lot of property going up a few years ago and started offering to do fencing for the homes, now he has a crew doing fencing all over town. other neighbor installs window and door frames and has a few teams under him doing work in the region. My brother started picking up dog poop from peoples lawns in our town and now has a full route and is looking to hire someone else and buy another work truck to grow, he's making bank "$1 a day keeps the poo away!". I personally know how to make a lot of money at poker and have given my edge to a stable of horses who play with my money.

My brother is the newest out of my examples to start a venture and has been at it for 3 years, moving from part-time to full-time as he got more clients. He gets clients like everyone else: he does a consistently reliable job and his clients talk good things about him. I have been in the poker industry for 8 years now.

Find a way to make money, nurture it, give it time, then slowly but surely delegate it out until it is spinning on all its own. There are so many ways to make money now a days my biggest issue is sticking to something. Grinding away even a shitty money maker will pay bigger than constantly hopping from new big thing to new big thing. Find something that makes money and stick your nose to the grindstone.

so you say you're desperate to go on your own but you won't even do your own research. step 1 is to stop lying to yourself. you're never going to make it.

I work in a warehouse, small online store selling printers parts and ink paper etc, he charges a flat rate, so expensive shit gets sold at low prices and cheap shit gets sold at high or normal prices, that's where he makes profits, from the numbers.
I want to do the same but with a different market, currently working there for experience, I have a guy who built a CRM for a chain restaurant, he told me he can give me a piece of the code for almost nothing, and it has almost everything I need. I just need a pajeet to translate it into javascript or node and to repackage it nicely.

all I need is cash to make first order of goods.

I think I'll choose the vape market, small light products that will cut down shipping costs, I'm renting a small 1 bedroom but it has a storage place where I can stack my inventory.
so this is my plan
what's yours?

So basically this is what I wanted to do.

To import cheap electronics from chinks, and sell them locally. But during negotiations witch insectoids, every time I asked for an invoice, they didnt reply. I hate those fucking scammers.

Sigh, I married one of these idiots. They never change. Now she's a 36 year old mother to 10yo and 2yo and still craves attention to give her any sense of self worth.

I moved out last week and our kids have chosen to stay with me 5 out of the 7 days so far, and wife txts me on the other days complaining that they keep asking for me.

She'll honestly never realize that her behavior is the reason even her kids don't like being around her, but she'll still be wearing leggings and dancing to lil Wayne in her sad fucking retirement village 30 years from now.

That's my seething diary entry for the day.

but listen mate, start with local importer work with them directly, they'll cut you a deal for large quantities, u don't need to supply globally, u don't want drop shipping, you want a business that handles physical goods to the local market, and local retail prices (physical stores) are expensive, just scout for prices, in shopping malls etc, and online big retailers, stage 2, contact local suppliers of your choosing and ask for a estimate for a certain quantity u feel you can loose (if the goods will not be sold like you're hoping for) try to calculate profits and try to stay a little profitable BUT still below market prices and there is no reason u won't succeed, u can even handle customer care, phone support etc, on your own.
use the space that u already have as a start, try to get an estimate of average market value for each product, check everything and drop the price to lower than that, have a local pickup option free of charge just so they can trust you.
make every happy customer who bought and got product b4 delivery time, send an email an ask for a google review, get some promotions on Instagram google or Facebook, see what happens .

Neither.
Pay a ghostwriter to write the book you want.
Pay someone to make a cover pay a narrate to the book
Publish paperback book, kindle book and audiobook of what got written.
Repeat. It really is that easy.

There's 3 archetypes:
1. Builder. You build it, and network with people (middlemen) who will connect you with investors.
2. Middleman. Help a startup get in touch with investors.
3. Investor. Invest in startups for a return on your money.
Choose a role that suits you. As a builder, you can probably scrape enough capital to get the equipment you need to start. Figure out what the market wants, where it's been, and you might be able to wager a guess on where it's headed. Do you want to produce goods or provide a service. What is your skillset? What classes are you willing to take or videos on youtube do you need to watch to get started or improve?
