I dunno about 3 years but it looks like my IVR, TWO and oil are going to be at least 1 year holds unless something crazy happens

yeah honestly what a fucking gamble it all was, but glad I had the balls to do it – next time I'm doing put spreads instead of stock too damn risky to go all in like that sometimes

I'm holding SSL, KOS, OIS, AMPY, and MRO. SSL is really the only consistent green line so far but my prediction is that the rest will eventually get back to "normal"

what makes you consider IVR? the year chart looks grim

The pic isn't funny at all. Guy is obviously rocking the truck back and forth because the tire is stuck. Only a brainlet would think he is pushing the truck from in the bed.

ah awesome thanks for the tips – how much of your portfolio are you putting in these oil stocks?

The year chart for all REITs looks like a garbage fire but at least IVR said in their most recent earnings call that they sold all of their leveraged properties and kept the ones that actually generate revenue. They also said they're transitioning to primarily residential mortgage backed securities which are going to continue to recover as people cash in on ridiculously low mortgage rates. Hesitant to hold much longer than a year though because people might start to default if they don't get some financial aid

It's really hard to know, analysts have the target price at like $2.75 but I don't trust anyone that says they know what they're talking about in this market, they're going off precedent and this is an unprecedented event. The Fed is pumping absurd amounts of money into the economy in an attempt to make sure stuff like IVR doesn't go under so we can only wait and see

>>20073676
I think about 40% at the moment. Feels a bit overexposed to oil so I'm hoping they climb up a bit soon, might unload a couple of them just to play it safe

Airbus and oil stocks (Shell, BP). If you can afford to hold through the recession, you'll be awarded with at least a x2, plus 10% annual dividends.
In addition I'd look at anything 5G related. 5G infrastructure companies like American Tower or Crown Castle, which provide hundreds of thousands of antennas to distribute 5G signals. Have been going nothing but up, and in addition pay out good dividends.
