Sta can still use balancer without being whitelisted, as long as they patch the deflationary token bug. All that will happen in that case is that people will get 80% of the BAL they used to get (i.e. from link, btc, eth, and snx but not sta)... Alternatively, Sta might make it's own balancer. Either way, it's getting fixed and the stolen funds are getting reimbursed. This is an easy 10x based on this pending news.
