Anyone here who digs Blocknet?

From my recent research I found out they are trying to replace Infura (Ethereum relies on this to send data between the main network, and it's tokens) Infura is centralized and prone to down time and hacking.

Blocknet's DEX volume has 10x'ed in volume the past year, and is the most decentralized DEX around.

Their XRouter is a decentralized oracle network, which is sybil resistant. Contrary to Chainlink who centralizes their nodes through KYC, Blocknet is completely decentralized through their use of service nodes.

This one could blow up HARD. Thoughts?

its an og project that has a use case but little users. atomic swaps are a safe way to trade but some people can't be bothered with running full nodes.

True, their Litewallet is under development though which will have the DEX integrated into it.
You can trade without syncing with a few clicks using this multi currency wallet.

Blocknet is WAY more than just a "DEX" though. They focus on decentralizing blockchain solutions as well as real world applications.

While i like running full nodes for trading myself due to security (can't find this feature anywhere with any DX), I understand where you're coming from.

Good thing a Litewallet is on the horizon

This is also the focus of Stakenet, creating a litewallet. Would be cool to see Stakenet source liquidity from BlockDX using atomic swaps. From there Stakenet can convert the token on their end to the lightning network.

Stakenet uses the Lightning Network, which is no where near as safe to use as basic atomic swaps. Besides Blocknet is way more than just a DEX. Their Oracle Network and decentralized data provider is what excites me the most.

Block DX, Bittrex, DigiFinex, Altilly, StakeCube, Finexbox

Thanks man.. I'm restricted as a citizen in the US. So Bittrex is off limits. Is the DEX my best bet here?

Yes, DX is fantastic for trading BLOCK against LTC

Sure is. I recently grabbed 500 BLOCK off the DEX. Pretty sweet deal at these prices!

What is the volume like, on the DEX?

>> No.20038130

>>20038056
It varies a lot, but most days is between $2000 - $5000. Not much, but still decent considering it's a DEX. Have bought a lot of BLOCK from there.

That's pretty decent considering we're still in a bear market. Will do some digging on this project
