Should every business be a co-op? My socialist brother constantly rants about how every corporation should be democratic and give employees equal say in how they're run and evenly split wages. I think it sounds stupid, but then again I always hear about businesses that were run into the ground by bosses that wouldn't listen to their workers. Is there something to this idea or is it a hippie pipe dream that would never work when applied to giant corporations?

Stagnant wages, prices of health insurance, decreased benefits, and executive pay are all legitimate problems. Any attempt to fix these problems gets hijacked by diversity, trannies, feminist bullshit that turn the whole movement into a joke.

The atlernative is jewish oligarchs and BLM rioting for government gibs. I would rather workers get a fair cut of the value they create than all that bullshit.

Freedom implies one may conduct life in accordance with a private, if so wished, thinking.
Provided reasonable. We see a growth in liberties suppression and the corresponding rise of arbitrariness, which leads to propositions such as yours being increasingly readily welcomed. Sadly. Money serves servitude and nothing else whatsoever. Equally regrettable.

If a company goes out of buisness and the government has to bail it out, it should be turned into a worker co-op if not just nationalized.

Fucking up should ave actual risk involved for the capitalists, otherwise it's just oligarchy. If a business wants to be a co-op from the start, sure that's pretty based.

If he is so sure why he does not found one? Why unions won't provide funding for those?

How do you do anything capital intensive with that structure? How do you fire and hire to pivot business?

Most people are too dumb to run a country or a business

giving them a vote on actual choices is always a bad idea. Hell, even letting the morons choose their own leaders usually fails.
