Holding 25k VIDT for over a year
Only reason my hands are weak is because i know this is 100% not a long term hold

Every other coin in my portfolio i'd be okay with holding for the next 3 years, VIDT i want out.
Ultimately, the whole point is to sell VIDT tokens back to the VIDT company. Ever since they slashed the VIDS idea, there is no reason to hold this long term.

Look at VIDT tokens as a variable, in programming terms. You could validate without a token, but having a token makes the operation easier.

Per my previous FUD, Acronis, the competition, does not use separate tokens... Because it now uses Chainstack.

Quick rundown: You have documents on Google Cloud, AWS, or data with Salesforce, and it can get validated on the blockchain from there. You don't need to download the data to your hard drive nor send it to V-ID servers (which was the case at the very beginning...) No need to rely on V-ID software, because you can communicate with an API now

You can also publish multiple or specific blockchains for the validations. Acronis does the same thing, except they use a third-party company. V-ID does it on their own and therefore in full control of everything AND it costs them nothing. They can also add more content/data sources with ease down the line. It's better.

You can only get hash of a file if you have the actual file on your hard drive or you upload it on a server, then it gets read from there. Obviously. Imagine you have 10,000 files. Now what if you could grab the file from a content source via API and let it batch run in the background without having to save all those files to your HDD (then delete them afterwards). Power of API.
