Daily reminder that Kleros was the first good Uniswap project, and is shilled by Vitalik on the quarterly, if you even needed a reminder. It's a stealth De-Fi play, too. On the surface, it may not seem that way, but what really is "Decentralized Finance" anyway? It's a systems platform built to overturn traditional systems. What better way to do that than churning the oldest, shittiest, most archaic systems on its head into a new decade?

https://medium.com/@gorgias.costanza/the-subjectivity-problem-39bdd2704cb3

"Creating a framework responsible for financially incentivizing the delivery of Objective Truth to smart contracts in a secure end-to-end decentralized manner is a monumental task. Objective truth forms the foundation of all financial systems. You wouldn’t want to allow a financial instrument to employ a Subjective value of an asset (ex. an appraisal or expert opinion), but rather the Objective value which is based on actual real-world pricing data — incorruptible by opinion. Although it is of critical importance for high-value systems, Objective Truth is only sufficient to encapsulate a subset of the scope of human interaction."

Human. Interaction. Alongside an ETH shovel. alongside a suite of protocols that are only just birthing its little baby head.

Hegel was the great system-maker. What others viewed as his grand achievement Kierkegaard viewed as his unforgivable crime, the attempt to rationally systematize the whole of existence. The whole of existence cannot be systematized, Kierkegaard insisted, because existence is not yet whole; it is incomplete and in a state of constant development. Hegel attempted to introduce mobility into logic, which, said Kierkegaard, is itself an error in logic. The greatest of Hegel’s errors, however, was his claim that he had established the objective theory of knowledge. Kierkegaard countered with the argument that subjectivity is truth…

KLEROS IS AURELIUS.

"Rather than sacrifice the decentralizing nature of on-chain agreements and introducing the counterparty risk of allowing a party in the agreement to make unilateral changes, subjective judgements need to be made in a decentralized manner. Key to a system such as this is a carefully constructed system of game theoretical incentives that inherently result in a very high level of coherent participation. Fail-safes must be built into this system to allow for the system to self-correct in the event of questionable coherence of the outcome — after all, this is a Subjectivity Problem.
In that it is a problem of subjectivity it should not be lost on the reader that human beings individually are quite flawed, but out of the aggregate of all of our subjective judgments and decisions operates most every facet of our society today.
A successful system for delivering high quality Subjective Judgments into decentralized smart contracts must minimize the loss of security in the contract through the gained attack surface of a subjective input. This system must offer powerful incentives for coherence coupled with even more powerful disincentives for incoherence. It would need to be thoughtfully distributed to avoid centralization of the supply and subsequent manipulative whale game headaches.

Such a system exists today."

It's called Kleros, and you need to at least have 50% of your portfolio allocated before you get priced out.

I like how Kleros holders were called idiots and have outgained almost everything else in the market except scammy De-Fi bubble plays, but PNK was ALWAYS the De-Fi play all along. Talk about a 4D fucking head trip.

Long time holder here. It pains me to see volume so low. Then randomly it 10x’s and dwindles again. I know the team is based and are against Wash trading. What else is in the pipeline

The volume is 20x where we were last year and we're still under the radar. What more do you possibly want at this point?

If you can't wait another year or two to literally get rich from being early instead of whining about volume that's hundreds of %'s higher than 6 months ago, then just sell now.

I think Kleros is actually my longest term total hold outside of BTC and ETH. I haven't touched my bag at all. Got my suicide stack and totally ignoring it until 4 USD. I honestly should get more.

Explain how Kleros, a decentralized adjudication layer, is a defi play. What's the connection?

A human-powered oracle is extremely useful, but not suited for the automated price feeds required by defi.
Calling this a defi play is a huge stretch.

It's a good project but this kind of shilling is insane and obviously not true. Makes you and the project look bad.
