UK friend here, when bitcoin forked I received BSV on coinbase, but they then removed BSV from tradable assets, so all I'm able to do is transfer it to a different wallet, what should I do, I have no way to convert it to something else

You can download atomic wallet and swap it on there without KYC. Might lose a bit extra to fees, but you don’t need to sign up to an exchange.
