Through the year around 75-80% on average.

I live with parents and have a low paying job. They only ask for £200 a month rent.

It got me thinking. If i save almost £1000 a month, but have a shit job, but someone who earns twice that but spends it on their debt/rent/mortgage/financed car/consumer like most my age i’m pretty much making more money.

Thanks to this i was able to buy 25k Link over the past 3 years, and have been able to travel a fair bit.

Since July 2019 I started saving around 40% a month, DCA into crypto. Since the lockdowns started I drastically cut my spending so now I DCA around 60% of my income every month. Wife pays most of the bills now.

but I need a car...

>> No.19970024

Around 30% I would say, but from that 30% around 15% is used to pay off some loans I took to buy cheap crypto two months ago, and the remaining 15% is used also to buy alts.
I'm all good though, because I used a part of that loan to buy XIO back when it was around one cent or less, and now I'm up like ~15x on that, so the loan is theoretically paid for and I also have some nice gains on top of that. Don't do what I did tho, I'm a huge risk taker

>> No.19970099

About 60%

Saving 1k a month and my gf saves the same. Both live at home, go out to eat/have fun quite a bit and we go on holiday about 3-4 times a year. Pretty based lifestyle if you ask me. Saving more like 95% since corona though
