yes the $1000 EOY is about one thing only: network effect
once chainlink captures so much of the market in xyz x xyz x xyz areas etc, it decouples from BTC/ETH and its price is then governed by its own ecosystem.
if it just captures 1% of the market it was designed to serve its price is $85~
the more network effects the higher the price.
i wouldnt wanna bake your noodle and tell you what LINKs price would look like at 50% market capture.
